Substituting Maple Syrup for Granulated Sugar
Instead of 1 cup of granulated sugar in recipes, use 3/4 to 1

tablespoons per 1 cup maple used, , add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp baking
soda and reduce the oven temperature by 25 degrees.
